Together MAG+S: Conference of the Ignatian Youth Network in Frascati, 26-28 April

The meeting of young people between 18 and 35 years of age who have experienced Ignatian spirituality and of the Jesuits who accompany them commences today, 25th April, in Frascati.

“Three days of encounter and fellowship in a deep, joyful and open way to reflect on life and the future,” explains Fr Andrea Picciau SJ, coordinator of the Jesuit Youth Network of the Euro-Mediterranean Province (Italy, Albania, Malta and Romania), which was launched on 12 November of last year.

Among the initiatives are three workshops focusing on different aspects of the mission: “Knowing MAG+S to know ourselves, God and others better. Loving MAG+S, to understand how to love ourselves and how to love more this world and in this world. Serving MAG+S to serve more with all that we are, understanding together what choices to make so that our lives can be more meaningful for ourselves and for others. During a time that pushes us to separate ourselves from others and look only at ourselves, we aspire to unite and build together paths of encounter and beauty”. Around 300 young people are expected to attend.

On the new website magis-eum.org the initiatives scheduled for this summer are being promoted by the various realities of the network, including Pietre Vive, Meg, CVX-Lms, Centro Poggeschi, Selva.
