Civiltà Cattolica celebrates its 175th anniversary
A message from Pope Francis launched the ceremony held in the afternoon of April 1, at the Villa Malta headquarters in Rome to mark the anniversary of the magazine’s founding. The President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, was present. The speech by Cardinal Secretary of State Parolin included this statement: “Always supported by the Popes, today you venture to open new channels and make known the signs of hope in a world that needs them.
